Our Specialities

Our therapist Tomas Dvorsky is specialized in the fields of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, sport nutrition, personal training, sport psychology, health coaching and much more. He is qualified in 5 types of massage therapies and the last highest level of massage therapy has completed at IPTAS (INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL THERAPY & APPLIED SCIENCE) where he is also finishing his degree in BsC. Physical Therapy. This means that you can be assured that you are in good hands with us! Tomas is licensed, insured and highly skilled in this field practicing for almost 7 years. Whether you are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, sitting at a desk all day or have been dealing with chronic pain, we can develop a treatment plan that works for you.

Sport Massage

Sports Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before during and after athletic events. It helps prepare the athlete for peak performance increases blood circulation and lymph flow; drains away fatigue relieves swelling reduces muscle tension promotes flexibility and minimises injuries.

Depp Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage therapy is one of the oldest methods of healthcare in practice today. It involves use of different manipulative techniques to move the body’s muscles and soft tissue. Message from Tomas:

Since I have been active in sport all of my life, I have gained a considerable amount of experience in the field of health and fitness and learned a lot about how the body works. When I was 7 years old I began practicing karate and later went on to represent my country in the sport. I also played soccer for 14 years.
As a result of my regular exercise regime over the years, my current physical health and fitness is at very high level. When I was in college, I had the opportunity to engage in a wide range of work experience. In my first year, I was an assistant to a physio in the Physiotherapy Clinic Beaumont and in the second year, I went on to work with a physiotherapist in the UCFL Rep Team Dublin in soccer.

In both cases I faced different conditions and injuries which helped me to expand and develop my knowledge in the area of sport and health. In my last year of study, I had the privilege of being honoured with the award of ‘’Achiever of the Year’, something which I feel highlights my passion and dedication in this field. For last 3 years I was also practicing at Priory Clinic Stillorgan as a Physical Therapist since I am about to finish my degree.

Here I gaind great experience about wide range of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. This experiences and knowledge helping me to expand in deeper sense how to treat body effectively with the right procedures.The mind and the body are intelligent systems and a balance of both is needed for human beings to function at an optimum level.
